CLASS

• Classes filled on a 1st registered, 1st served basis with a maximum of 12 children registered per class and a minimum of 5, except particular case.
• Your class space will be reserved upon receit of your registration and full payment.

TUITION & MATERIALS FEES        

• Tuition & Material fees are payable on registration.

• At-Home Kindermusik Materials are required for each class.
• You don’t need to order materials if you already own the appropriate materials for the class you are signing in.

MISSED CLASSES

• In case of a missed class, parents have the possibility to make it up in another equivalent class proposed in another location or another schedule.
• Please contact us at info@kindermusikbythefalls.com in order to ensure that your wished class is available.

REFUND POLICY:

• Tuition is refundable ONLY if we are notified:
  • before the 3rd week of class for a 9-week program or more
  • before the 2^nd week of class for a 8-week program or less

• Materials are not refundable.

RELEASE

While registering their child to Kindermusik by the falls, parents do hereby release and forever discharge Ardis Billey and faculty of Kindermusik by the falls and the owners of any facilities where they teach from any and all actions, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of damage, loss or personal injury which may be sustained by their child or themselves during the course of or as a result of this musical activity.

PHOTOGRAPHY RIGHTS
