Ardis Billey is a professional harpist and a violinist with a bachelor of music degree from Cleveland State University. A Suzuki violin and harp teacher for more than 2 decades, she founded Kindermusik by the falls in 2000. Since then, she has exposed and initiated to music more than 2,000 babies, toddlers and young children with their parents! Kindermusik has fulfilled her vision of the role of music in nurturing skills in the whole child and contributing to his cognitive, emotional, social, language and physical development.

Nancy Briscar Martel is a professional violist, violinist, and vocalist in the Greater Cleveland area. She holds a Bachelor of Music Degree from the Baldwin Wallace Conservatory of Music in Berea, Ohio. Through the years she has performed with the Erie Philharmonic, The Lake Erie Ballet Company, The Mansfield, Ashland, and Wheeling West Virginia Symphony Orchestras, sung with the Cleveland Chamber Singers, played in concert with a variety of celebrities, served as a soloist at local churches, directed musical theater productions, directed community and church choirs, served as an Adjudicator for OMEA Solo and Ensemble Contests, served as a music camp counselor, managed local talent, performed with the Apollo String Quartet, and taught private music lessons to children of all ages!
Nancy believes that exposure to music at an early age is essential to the development of the child. She is very excited to bring her passion for music to her Kindermusik classroom!

Arlene Strohl is a professional vocalist and private vocal instructor with a bachelor of music degree from Bowling Green State University. Arlene is from Sandusky, Ohio and has taught music to grades k-12 in both private and public school systems. She is very active performing in area theatres and in the summer is on staff and stage at The Huron Playhouse, the longest running summer theatre program in Ohio. Arlene has many years of experience in directing choral and theatrical groups from youth to adult. She is very active in supporting the arts and serves as publicity chairman for The Sandusky Concert Association.
Arlene feels that all children should have the opportunity to explore the world of music and is excited to create wonderful musical memories with her Kindermusik families.

Amanda Surace, the daughter of a college band director, has been very excited to become a Kindermusik studio teacher after various experiences teaching public school, private school, and Sunday school classes. She created her own studio in Lyndhurst before joining the faculty of Kindermusik by the falls in order to help many more families to build that critical parent-child bond!
Amanda attended Kent State University from 1998-2005, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Music Education with a Choral/General emphasis. She has early intermediate level piano skills, as well as classical singing skills. She has earned her Orff and Kodaly level one certificates, and hopes to pursue levels two and three in each specialty soon.

Jennifer Berendt has a Master of Music in French horn performance from the University of Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. She is a free lance musician and has performed with orchestras such as the Akron, Canton, Ashland, and Mansfield Symphonies, as well as various chamber music and pit orchestras in Northeast Ohio. She also has a private lesson studio in Aurora and coaches high school chamber music ensembles. After seeing the tremendous impact and benefits of Kindermusik for her own three small children, Jennifer realized that being a Kindermusik teacher is the perfect way for her to share music with others.
